Comments : I recently adopted a beautiful white and flame colored Siamese mix, cat from the Shelter in Boise. At that time we were offered a complimentary office visit to River City Veterinary Clinic and as it turned out, my cat was sick. We had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Carrie Sullivan who has a wonderful bedside manner with animals and put us both at ease. Wasn't long before Dora was back to her lively self again. Carrie as well as the whole staff are not only knowledgeable in the medical care of our pets but they lend a genuine feeling of caring which reminds me of the old "family practitioner" who took the extra time and went the extra mile. You can believe I will be choosing to return to this kind doctor.

Comments : What impressed me a great deal was Dr. Liddell offered me and one of the crew, Brody, a NATURAL supplement for his elbows, rather than "chemicals". Unfortunately, that particular supplement didn't agree w/Brody and his extremely sensitive innards. We, us and our critters, get bombarded w/drugs and chemicals so much, it is nice to know there is a vet out there that understands LESS is better in this regard and will offer natural supplements instead.

Comments : Cruzier, my nine month old Chocolate Lab/Shorthair, is a frequent goer to Doggy Daycare. We've also boarded him. As you can probably guess by his breed (and name!) he is an extremely active guy, and when I pick him up from Daycare he is WORN OUT! It's great for both of us because he has so much fun playing with the other dogs AND having people around all day long. I love that I can log on and join in his fun through the web cam too! It makes my day at work to see him having such a good time while I'm gone! Thanks River City!

Comments : I am out of town this week and boarded my dogs at River City. It's great that I can check on them while I'm gone! I can see they are safe and having a great time! Hope they will want to come home!

Comments : Dr. Liddell and the entire staff at River City Veterinary Hospital are wonderful! We were lucky to find Dr. Liddell when our 11yr. old golden became ill. We had been seeing a different Vet and thought we were pleased with the care until we experienced the excellent care given by Dr. Liddell and her staff. They showed us such compassion during such a difficult time. We now have two 1 yr. old golden retrievers; Lewis & Clark, and River City Veterinary Hospital is their home away from home! They love going to Doggy Day Care! Knowing they are having fun rather than being kenneled makes us feel less guilty; not to mention the exercise they get! Boarding is something I never thought I would do with my dogs; until we tried it at River City! Now, we wouldn’t think of leaving them anywhere else! They treat them like they are their own pets! Knowing they are safe and well cared for is great; being able to see them while you are gone (web cam) is a plus! Thanks River City; you are well worth the drive from southeast Boise for us!

Comments : My husband and I have two lab mixes from the pound (Poi and Poki) that have been amazing in every sense of the word. We had been going to another vet in town for over 6 years. Unfortunately, due to a variety of circumstances, the clinic just wasn't what it used to be. I heard about River City and new one of the vets, so I thought I would give it a try. I have seen all three vets and have been extremely pleased with the thorough information and care provided to my dogs. All staff members are very nice and seem genuine about treating animals. I am happy to say that I found a new vet home for my animals. I know they will be well taken care of on every level. In addition, since we have started going to River City, both of my dogs have lost weight and look great. They are in great shape and I know will live longer and healthier lives. Thanks River City!

Comments : I was very pleased with the care provided by everyone at River City! Appointments were a breeze, the staff was more than professional adding a mix of enthusiasm and understanding. Dr. Liddell was great, she was aware of some local issues that helped tailor the care program to the patients needs and lifestyle. Our experience at River City lacked nothing and exceeded all expectations. THANK YOU!

Comments : I came in for a second opinion and some bloodwork on my Tonkinese, Pizzazz. The entire staff were both courteous, supportive, and very knowledgeable. I was very impressed with Carrie Sullivan's expertise and her ability to explain the lab results in a way the put my mind at ease and taught me the basics I needed to know.
The size of the facility is quite large, clean, and kid-friendly. They even have a climbing and playing area for the kids without fur. :) I will be definitely be coming back here!!!!

Comments : If you have chosen to entrust your pet to Dr. Liddell, you will never regret it. She was one of three vets that always cared for Glenn,my yellow lab (female) companion and best friend for ten years, and Dr. Liddell was also with Glenn, and me, when Glenn died.
