We always get great service when we bring our dog into the clinic. The one thing I really like is they never seem to want to do more tests than needed. Normally when we took our dog to another Vet they want to do everything they can to get money from us. We don't feel that way when we take them here. We feel they do what is needed and try to save us money not cost us more money.

When my grandchildren visit Monty and take him out for a walk he is always ready to go back to his "suite" so he must be happy. He loves daycare and it is great that we can watch him.

Janel was VERY loving toward my dog, and very considerate of my feelings/emotions when having to make decisions re the care of my dog. She was very informative with regards to the care credit program. Dr. Harsch is also very kind. Thank you for having Sunday hours and not charging as emergency visits. Shani is ALWAYS so kind when she answers the phone......also, thank you for clipping Madison's nails during/after her surgery...shows me you pay attention to the entire care of my pet. I appreciate you!

Two years ago when we first moved to Idaho our elderly Lab had been eating Iams' FP almost her entire life and of course we wanted to keep her on this. River City Vet not only had this food but didn't insist on an office visit before selling it to us. The person at the desk said "it's just dog food" and I was very pleased with your take on this, as we had been taking our dog to a family friend/vet on the other side of town. (We weren't sure yet where we would be living.) A few months later, I received a phone call on a Sunday to find out that the food had been recalled. My last 30 lb. bag had been opened and poured into a large container and we had used apx. 1/4 - 1/3. I think it was Melissa Parks who took the food back and gave us a 100% refund. That was very appreciated and something we definitely remembered. Over the next several months, Melissa kept in touch with me about when the FP would be back in production. Unfortunately, by the time the food was back, our old dog had passed on (early 2011.) But, we always remembered how nice everyone was about selling us the food to begin with and the outstanding service from Melissa during and after the recall. So, when we got another black Lab puppy, we came back to River City, this time for veterinary services.

Stephanie has great customer service skills. My husband brings Dakota to appointments since my work conflicts those times. And he feels the staff is positive, friendly and is good to Dakota. We realize in business the goal is to provide a service and make a profit. Oobviously, River City has expenses, yet we have never felt as if the staff had gone to business school first. We have had suggestions and estimates presented, but never been pressured. Thank you very much!

All of the staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and they always remember my dogs. Dr. Liddell is truly amazing. She has solved chronic problems that other veterinarians (in bigger cities) failed to even address. My dogs are indebted to her, as am I.

Stefanie is always very cordial and friendly. Dr. Liddell is great with my pet and always explains everything thoroughly and in understandable terms. Very appreciated...of course she is a U of I alumnus, so that's what I'd expect!

I first came to River City because a friend referred me. I had a 13 yr. old beagle and he was not doing well and I ended up having to put him down. The staff there was so compassionate and caring. I told myself that when I get another dog I am definitely coming back. Since then I have a little yorkie named Zeik who is 1yr. And I have been in to have his shots and they have been so wonderful and caring and I don't feel that they pressure me into any service that I might not want to at that time. I love the fact that they follow up after his shots to see how things are going. I am excited to experience other things that River City has to offer. Thank you!

I thought Lacey needed her litter box so the ladies provided a litter box with litter in it for her she didn't need it but the girls were sweet about it. Lacey just wanted to run around until I was called back for her exam. Lacey is fine now. Thank you so much. Jolene

Everyone was wonderful. From the gal at the front desk, to the vet tech, to the Dr. all were friendly, kind and concerned. You are the best!!! After spending over $200 elsewhere and being misdiagnosed, Dr. Liddell quickly found the problem and put my dog on meds she needed. My dog is doing so much better in just 2 days.

Stefanie is always very inviting and is eager to greet each and every customer whom walks in. She is a valued asset to your operation. I would say Bailey likes Kelly the most as she is always happy to see her during our office visit. Bailey is also comfortable with Kelly and trusts her.

Both front office staff and technician immediately greeted us, were kind, and efficient. The technician and veterinarian, Dr. Liddell, were exceptionally gentle in handling our dog. She was more relaxed and comfortable with them than other professionals who have treated her, even though she was in pain at the time, and normally doesn't accept new people easily.

We were greeted by a very friendly and professional receptionist who gave us a tour of the grooming and boarding areas. She immediately made us feel comfortable and welcome. We came to the clinic to introduce our dog and tour the facility. We were very impressed! The very next day we needed to see the doctor and we were accomodated immediately with an appointment. Dr. Liddell is professional, knowledgeable, and caring. Being new Idaho resdidents from Arizona, we are so thankful we have such an extraordinary clinc close to us. The staff and doctors are exceptional.

Everyone at River City is fantastic. Doggy Day Care days are Luke's favorite and he comes home absolutely exhausted from all the play time!
