We recognize the unique needs of each individual relationship and will be there to support and educate our clients at each stage of their pet's life. This "life-stage" approach will help ensure as many healthy years as possible with your pet. Specific health management plans will be developed for each pet individually and will include preventative care, nutritional/weight management, as well as disease management.
Our doctors and staff understand that veterinary medicine is rapidly advancing and we will continue offer the highest quality medicine by pursuing advanced training and continuing education. We will also recognize our limitations and will provide referrals to specialists when it is in the best interest of your pet.
Communication is the key to any successful relationship and the doctors and staff at River City Veterinary Hospital understand this. You will be informed and educated regarding your pet's health care needs.
We understand the time constraints placed on busy families. We continue to search for ways to make veterinary care as convenient as possible. This will include multiple online services such as, access to records, prescription refills and delivery, access to forms in advance, and appointment scheduling.
Our ultimate goal is to provide our clients and patients the same level of service and care we would expect for our own pets.
