Comments : I liked Dan who offered to give my cat her first prednisone pill...he ever so gently shoved it in the back of her throat and I took note! No problems for me to do so at home!! Thank you. Nice facility, clean environment, quality staff...keep up the good work!

Comments : Everyone was very helpful, professional and also very kind and patient with Mason. He was nervous, but everyone went out of their way to help him feel more comfortable and to take good care of him. I'm very happy with our visit.

Comments : Dr. Squires and Melissa were very attentive to Onyx and answered all of the questions we presented relative to Onyx's health. We also appreciate that Dr. Squires treated Onyx in a manner consistent with how we view our pets, specifically, when Onyx had to be muzzled during the exam, Dr. Squires continued to reassure Onyx so that his experience was not a negative one. Dr. Squires relationship with our pets is why we continue to use River City Veterinary. Thank you for your wonderful veterinarians and support staff and for their efforts at keeping our pets healthy and happy.

Comments : All of the staff were wonderful. I appreciated that they were able to fit me in that day even though they were booked. My dog had an unexpected encounter with a snake that morning and although it was not life threatening, they had me in the office in just over an hour.

Comments : The receptionist, Stefanie - was exceptional. I just walked in and asked for help with my dogs diarrhea and she assisted me right away in getting the dog food I needed. I was so pleased - it is rare to find such service and courtesy. Thank you very much!

Comments : Our vet, Tad Squires, was excellent! I am so glad that we finally found a doctor that is a perfect fit! He took his time with our dog even though he was very busy. We will definitely be back!

Comments : Both the vet tech and the vet were great with Doadie. She seemed to really like both of them and they spent lots of time with us answering our questions and caring for her. Also, Stefanie was great when I called in as a new client. You made us feel welcomed as new clients.

Comments : Our dogs are a very important part of our family, and I was impressed at how lovingly they were greeted by your groomer, Denise. We were not able to pick them up as soon as they were groomed, but we were told they would be well taken care of until we were able to arrive. They were! I definitely will be back again!

Comments : I so appreciate the entire staff at River City Vet! Everyone is so warm and friendly, yet efficient and professional. In April, we had to put our sweet 10 year old Golden Retriever down...I am still amazed at the quality of care sweet Max received and how compassionate the staff was with us as they helped prepare us to say goodbye to a member of our family. I highly reccommend this office to anyone caring for a pet.

Comments : MINNIE and HIS family appreciate the great service received on 9/11/11. Surgery was required and your closing hrs were 5 PM YET after 5 PM surgery, took place after hrs... I believe surgery could of waited until the next day but YOU decided not to let MINNIE be in as much pain...decision was made do surgery and send MINNIE home to recover. MINNIE is doing good, I believe his wounds are healing. TIME will tell. THANK YOU.
