Comments : The receptionist and the groomer (Kim, I believe) were helpful in answering questions about products. We were just stopping in to purchase food supplements for our aging Standard Schnauzer, and did not actually have contact with the veterinarian on this visit. Everyone is always quite helpful and welcoming every single time we come in. Our dog is an important member of our family and your staff respects that! Thanks so much

Comments : Dr. Liddell was extremely thorough in her examination of our dog and in her communication with us. She was honest, compassionate and sensitive. We have been loyal clients of another local veterinary clinic for 20 years but after one visit with Dr. Liddell we will now be happy to entrust our pets' veterinary needs to Dr. Liddell and her clinic. We are tremendously impressed with her quality of care.

Comments : All of the staff provided exceptional customer service from the front office staff to the doctors assistant to the verterinarian himself. I was very pleased with how Larry and I were both treated by everyone that we encountered!

Comments : Your front desk staff is awesome. They are always so friendly. I feel so confident bringing my pets to River City Veterinary. The staff is friendly and really care about our pets. I trust the doctors and nursing staff that take care of our animals and I know they are in good hands. River City Veterinary understands that our pets are not just animals but a part of our family. Comments : Melissa was wonderful! I have never boarded a dog and was concerned about my dog being miserable while I was away. She put my mind at ease by explaining and showing me what my dog would be doing. I was gone for the weekend and never worried at all. I knew he was safe and having fun. We will definitely be back. I was so surprised that the cost to board my dog for the weekend was so affordable. It's a great feeling to know my dog was receiving quality care at a price I could afford. I can't thank you enough.

Comments : All the staff at River City Veterinary do an excellent job. We adopted Maggie from Meridian Humane Society and she has trust issues. The staff are very patient with her, and make her comfortable with them before proceeding. Thank you.

Comments : Shani is fantastic and goes the extra mile to make sure that you are satisfied with the services. I boarded our dogs for the first time and I have to say that we have taken our dogs to many of the daycare/boarding in the Boise area and our dogs have never came home so happy! I will be referring you to all my fellow animal owners. Broc and Porter thank you all for the great care especially to the animal caretakers in the daycare. They are looking forward to their next visit!

Comments : All service was exceptional by everyone. Grooming was far superior to other providers in Meridian. Stanley will be back!
